Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz green chiles
  • 1 dozen tortillas
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese

Directions

  1. Heat soup, cream onion and chiles in pot for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix sauce with cooked chicken.
  3. Place mixture on each tortilla and place the rolled tortilla seam down in a baking dish.
  4. Top all tortillas with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
