4 chicken breasts cubed and cooked OR 2 cans chicken chunks
Layered on bottom of 9×13 pan
mix
1 serving cream soup
1½ cup sour cream
Crush 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
Melt ½ cup butter
stir in 1 TBSP poppy seeds
Mix in with crackers
layer over chicken
cover with foil
350° 30-40 m
serve over rice
