Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add wet ingredients
- Beat until smooth
- Pour batter into a greased 8″ square pan
- Bake at 425° for 20-23 minutes
