Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 8 tbsp butter
- ½ cup flour
- 5 cloves garlic
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Melt 6 tbsp butter in a pan.
- Tenderize chicken breasts to make sure flavor gets throughout the meat.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat seasoned chicken in flour.
- Place chicken in pan with melted butter.
- Brown for 4 to 5 minutes in each side.
- Melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter in the pan.
- Place minced garlic in the pan with the chicken.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar to the garlic in the pan and stir until the sauce is well incorporated.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Make sure all the chicken gets a good coating of sauce.
