Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (for extra flavor!)
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (melted, for brushing the top)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cabbage, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until the cabbage softens.
- Unroll half of the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the baking dish
- Spread the beef and cabbage mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Unroll the remaining crescent roll dough and lay it over the top. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
