COOKIE PADDLES
DOUBLE RECIPE
2 cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Mix to here
½ cup butter
Cut in cold until crumbs
Add ⅔ cup buttermilk MIX ONLY UNTIL DOUGH COMES TOGETHER, do not overmix!!
Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment, two cookie sheets, one on top of the other; otherwise bottoms burn
