Ingredients ¼ cup Minced Onion 2 tbsp Butter 3 grated potatoes (5-6 cups) 1 ½ cups grated Cheese 1 cup Milk ½ cup Beef Broth ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Pepper Directions Sautee minced onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and place in a 9X13 pan. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
