Ingredients
- 12 potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled, and grated or (32 oz frozen hash browns)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped green onion
- 2 cups corn flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except the corn flakes and put in 9×13 pan.
- Cover with crushed corn flakes (butter not needed in flakes).
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Do not cover.
