Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Cheese (small cubes or grated)

Directions

Bring milk, flour, and butter to a boil. For stronger taste add lemon juice and garlic. Add cheese and reduce heat. Do not get the cheese boiling.

Cream Soup Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Powdered Milk
  • ¾ cup Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Instant Bullion (about 12 cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Dried Onion
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients and store in a dry location.

Use

Combine ⅓ cup soup mix with 1 ¼ cup cold water. Cook on the stove and stir until it thickens.
