Ingredients
- 1 ½ Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 oz Ranch Dressing Seasoning
- 4-5 pieces of cooked bacon
Directions
- First trim the fat off the boneless skinless chicken breast.
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix and top with cream cheese.
- Cook on low for 5-8 hours or on high 3-4, until chicken shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Stir the shredded chicken together in the slow cooker until the chicken is coated and creamy.
Serve over pasta.
