Chicken Bacon Ranch

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 oz Ranch Dressing Seasoning
  • 4-5 pieces of cooked bacon

Directions

  1. First trim the fat off the boneless skinless chicken breast.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix and top with cream cheese.
  3. Cook on low for 5-8 hours or on high 3-4, until chicken shreds easily.
  4. Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Stir the shredded chicken together in the slow cooker until the chicken is coated and creamy.

Serve over pasta.
